Placing Artists at the Center Stage, Building A.R.T. as Asia’s Indexical Art Fair
Art Revolution Taipei (A.R.T.) is the first international art fair in Asia that curates with the vision of “placing artists front and center.” Since its debut in 2011, it has attracted more than 280 artists from over 62countries to participate every year. The A.R.T. is pioneering also in organizing a charity program “Art Your Compassion” as part of the art fair; it invites social elites and celebrities from different arenas of the society, locally and globally, to create artworks for benefit sale. With its ever-innovative spirit, A.R.T. has become the focus of the art circles, from artists to collectors alike. Last year, its artist-with-sale ratio even reached as high as 93.21%, a record in art fairs worldwide.
“Enjoy Art‧Enjoy Happiness””—Designed into Ten Exhibiting Sections
This year, A.R.T. will highlight “Enjoy Art‧Enjoy Happiness” as its annual theme. To address the feel of happiness, it will set up an installation art “Paradise Garden” featuring an arched roof and fountain to indulge visitors with the sensation of savoring artworks in a garden.
The entire exhibition comprises ten sections, each with its characteristics:

This year’s Art Revolution Taipei also features a special thematic charity program: “Art Your Compassion,” which invites over 100 international and local celebrities to participate. All the proceeds will be donated to charity organizations.
In “Hundreds Of Celebrities’ Charity Sale,” each participating celebrity will create an artwork about the size 17.5 x 14 cm and priced at US$30. Each collector is allowed to collect two artworks at most. The name of the artist will be revealed to the collector only after they purchase the artist’s artwork
