會員對於其個人資料，有查詢及閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正、停止電腦處理及利用、刪除等需求時，請於平日上班時間（10：00～18：00）致電02-7743-7799。惟如拒絕提供或資料不正確，或已要求停止蒐集、處理、利用或要求刪除個人資料時，本協會即無法提供會員相關服務。
